What Do I Need to Get Approved?
Employment & Income
Typically, you need to have been in your current job for three months or longer, and make a minimum of $1,800/month. Other forms of income, including certain types of government assistance, might also be accepted.
Driver's License
Please bring your valid driver's license to your appointment. Also, you need to be of legal age in the province you live in
Current Address
To complete your loan documents, we need your current address, including your monthly rent or mortgage payment.
Bank Account
Lenders prefer to automatically withdraw the monthly payment from your bank account. The easiest way to arrange this is to provide a void cheque or a stamped pre-authorized payment form.
